Executives and workers live in two different worlds. Execs have no idea what is going on with the actual day to day business and dream up solutions entirely disconnected from what clients actually ask and beg for.

When they make a mistake a strategy employees are blamed.

they need new blood from outside and also increase diversity.

Leaderahip transprency, honesty, doing mire than checking the boxes

Not compensated for the work and talent. Unconscious biases.

adjust for some inflation at least instead of no raise for years.

Poor pay, bonuses are very unfairly allocated. Benefits have been reduced considerably with employees picking up most of the cost with far less options

Embrace agile thinking and practices, trust people, empower teams and individuals instead of micro managing and adding layers of PMO to report back what is not working. Shift to removing impediments

Most don't want to improve their knowledge in the industry.

Coworkers are junior members (co-ops and interns) trying to do the work of experienced professionals. Need to have the appropriate mix of seasoned professionals and junior members.
