Executives and workers live in two different worlds. Execs have no idea what is going on with the actual day to day business and dream up solutions entirely disconnected from what clients actually ask and beg for.
When they make a mistake a strategy employees are blamed.

Poor pay, bonuses are very unfairly allocated. Benefits have been reduced considerably with employees picking up most of the cost with far less options
