Eveeythkgn but they will not as long as their bonus structure isnt impacted
Executives and workers live in two different worlds. Execs have no idea what is going on with the actual day to day business and dream up solutions entirely disconnected from what clients actually ask and beg for.
When they make a mistake a strategy employees are blamed.
Career sponsorship for all women.
they need new blood from outside and also increase diversity.
Everything but paying for performance instead of by who you know
Removing office politics and in fighting. Be leaders and care about your employees
Listening to their team. Addressing concerns of the team and maintaining appropriate parity within the team.
