Ms. Carol Hall serves as Senior Managing Director of Ais Group at State Street Corporation. Ms. Hall was a Partner at Walkers since November 2005. She was a General Counsel at Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (Asia), Ltd. Upon qualifying as a solicitor in 1990, she joined Fortis Prime Fund Solutions Commercial Department of Martineau Johnson where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Since 1996, Ms. Hall served as General Counsel of Fortis Bank (Cayman) Limited where she advised the Fund Services Business Unit on all its administration activities for investment funds, the International Private Banking Business Unit and generally on all activities of the company. In 1997, she was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Cayman Islands. Since 1999, she served as General Counsel of MeesPierson N.V. In April 2000, she became the Head of Legal of Fortis Bank Asia HK, Fortis Bank Hong Kong Branch and all Fortis' other business units in Hong Kong and North Asia. Ms. Hall was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2001.
