Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don’t feel undervalued but more like under pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Training and mentoring new hires.
They can communicate through hard intense pressure environment where people are in the lines and they are a bit long they stay calm and make descisions of adking me or anyone close by if they made a mistake and especially owning up to what they did makes it easier because it can be easily solved.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less messing around and taking work more seriously
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager encourages me to make decisions because he trusts my judgement.
They celebrate holidays and people are allowed to dress up and they give us appreciation snacjs in the breakroom as a thank you for all your hard work which is great. Also, the people thst come in and shop are regulars at times do those interactions are also positive and I think also benegits sales.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with an assistant manager, and we clicked from the start. He hired me on the spot.
Go back to 2 week process of hiring and having drug test put in place
They called me back fast and it was easy

Happy customers and good comments from regional directors when they walk thru
Healthy and excellent staff too
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
First thing is to train employees more rigorously and compassion. To show professionalism of the company. This company has been lacking the skills to pass on knowledge.
