Hilde Merete Nafstad — President of Statoil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd at Statoil ASA

Ms. Hilde Merete Nafstad has been President of Statoil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd since August 2014. Ms. Nafstad is Deputy Member of the General Assembly of Gjensidigestiftelsen. She is the Head of finance and control/Vice President of Finance and Control, Development and Production International for Statoil's international upstream business area. She served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Statoil ASA since August 2010 until July 2014. Ms. Nafstad served as the Head of Investor Relations at Statoil ASA. In her previous role, she was Statoil's country manager for Singapore. She has worked five years in the USA, holding leadership positions within business development, trading and marketing of oil and gas. She has worked seven years for the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy and held positions in Aker ASA, Saga Petroleum and Norsk Hydro. She serves as Chairman of the Board for Statoil Myanmar. She has been a Director of SN Power AS since November 10, 2016 and Gjensidige Forsikring ASA since 2017. She is the President of the Norwegian Business Association of Singapore and held various board positions in industry organisations in Norway and the USA. She is a Director of several boards of Statoil's international companies. Ms. Nafstad holds a master of general business from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
