He worked at Statoil from 1985 to 1989. From 1990 to 1991, Mr. Loktu served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Servi Hydraulikk AS. In 1992, he again employed at Statoil and served as its Research and Development Director from 1998 to 1999, Vice President in charge of implementation of SAP R/3 and common administrative processes from 1996 to 1998 and R&D Director from 1992 to 1996. He has been a Director of SpareBank 1 SMN since April 1, 2013. He serves as a Director at SMN Regnskap AS. Mr. Loktu received his M.S. from the University of Trondheim in 1984.
