Ms. Theresa E. Wagler has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Steel Dynamics Inc. holding company of OmniSource Corporation since May 1, 2007 and 2009 respectively and also serves as its Chief accounting Officer. Ms. Wagler serves as Vice President and Secretary of Cohen & Green Salvage Co., Inc. She has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining Steel Dynamics in 1998. She served as Vice President of Steel Dynamics Inc., since May 18, 2005 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Controller and Assistant Secretary. She served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Accounting Officer of Steel Dynamics Inc. from August 23, 2004 to January 2005. She served as an Assistant Corporate Controller for Fort Wayne National Bank and as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP. She has been an Independent Director of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since October 27, 2014. Ms. Wagler holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Systems Analysis from Taylor University.
