Mr. Douglas B. Woodworth, also known as Doug, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Steel Partners Holdings GP Inc at Steel Partners Holdings L.P. since May 19, 2016 and also serves as its Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Woodworth has been Chief Financial Officer at Handy & Harman Ltd. since May 19, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Woodworth has been Chief Financial Officer of Steel Excel Inc. since May 19, 2016 and has been its Assistant Secretary since February 7, 2017. He served as Controller and Vice President at Handy & Harman Ltd. He served as Chief Financial Officer of WebFinancial Holding LLC since April 2015. He has over two decades of progressive responsibility in accounting and finance. Since August 2012, Mr. Woodworth has also served as a Vice President of SP Corporate Services, LLC, an affiliate of SP Steel Partners II L.P. Prior to joining SP Corporate Services, from August 2011 through July 2012, Mr. Woodworth served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of SunEdison, Inc. (formerly known as MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.). From November 2007 to July 2011, he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. He held positions of increasing responsibility with Praxair, Inc. Mr. Woodworth has been Director at SL Industries Inc. since May 23, 2016. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.S. in accountancy from Miami University and holds both an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Engineering Management from the Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
