Mr. Jeffrey A. Svoboda, also known as Jeff, serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Bairnco, a subsidiary of WHX Corp. Mr. Svoboda serves as Senior Vice President - WHX of WHX Corp. Mr. Svoboda has been Managing Director of Steel Partners Holdings Gp Inc. - General Parnter of Steel Partners Holdings L.P. since March 2015 and its Vice Chairman since June 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Handy & Harman Group from August 2011 to October 1, 2016. Mr. Svoboda served as Senior Vice President of Handy & Harman Ltd. from March 2009 to October 1, 2016. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Handy & Harman Corporation, a subsidiary of WHX Corp., since January 23, 2007. He served as Group Executive and Corporate Vice President of Danaher Tool Group, a division of Danaher Corp. in Hunt Valley, MD from 2001 to 2007. He served at Fortune Brands Corporation in various management positions with their Moen Incorporated Business Unit since 1996. Mr. Svoboda led six companies in the strategic tools platform, with sales of $800 million and oversaw 3,000 employees in 18 locations worldwide, including China and Europe. At Danaher, Mr. Svoboda negotiated the acquisition of Sears Craftsman brand rights in industrial distribution and launched the GearWrench(R) tool line globally and the SATA brand in China. Mr. Svoboda served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Moen Incorporated, part of Fortunes Brands. Mr. Svoboda served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Distribution of Black and Decker Corporation from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Svoboda served as a Director at Handy & Harman Ltd. since June 17, 2011 until October 12, 2017. He holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Loyola University.
