Mr. John H. McNamara, Jr., serves as the Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets of Steel Partners LLC. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Webbank - Steel Partners Holdings GP Inc. at Steel Partners Holdings L.P. Mr. McNamara has been associated with Steel Partners LLC and its affiliates since May 2006. From 1995 to April 2006, Mr. McNamara served in various capacities at Imperial Capital LLC where his last position was Managing Director and Partner. He served as Vice President of BayBanks, Inc. He serves as Chairman of WebBank. He has been a Director of WHX Corporation, a holding company, since January 2008. Mr. McNamara has been a Director of the Fox and Hound Restaurant Group since March 2008. He served as a Director of Handy & Harman Ltd. since February 5, 2008 until October 12, 2017. He served as a Director of Steel Partners Holdings L.P (formerly WebFinancial Corporation) since March 2008. He served as a Director of SL Industries, Inc. from May 14, 2008 to June 8, 2011. As a member of Imperial Capital's Corporate Finance Group, Mr. McNamara provided advisory services for middle market companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financings. From 1988 to 1995 Mr. McNamara held various positions with Bay Banks, Inc., a commercial bank, where he served in lending and work-out capacities. He graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. degree in Economics.
