William T. Fejes Jr. — President of Steel Services Ltd at Steel Partners Holdings L.P.

Mr. William T. Fejes, Jr., also known as Bill, has been the President of Steel Services Ltd at Steel Partners Holdings L.P. since October 2017. He served as a Senior Vice President of Handy & Harman Ltd. since June 14, 2016. Mr. Fejes has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Handy & Harman Group Ltd. at Steel Partners Holdings L.P. since June 2016. He has over 20 years experience in the industrial automation and industrial motion control industry. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SL Industries Inc. since June 29, 2010. Mr. Fejes served as the Chief Operating Officer of Seakeeper Inc. from 2007 to April 2010. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TB Woods Corp. from May 3, 2004 to 2007. He served with Danaher Corporation from 1998 to 2004, where he held several Division President positions within Danaher's Motion Control strategic platform and also served as its President of Danaher Motion Specialty Motors Division. From 1986 to 1998, Mr. Fejes served with Pacific Scientific Company, where he served several engineering and marketing roles and served as its Senior Vice President since 1995. He served as President for Automation Technology Group at Pacific Scientific Company and its Vice President from 1994 to 1995. He served various engineering positions with C.S. Draper Laboratories, GCA Corporation and EG&G. He served as a Director of Automation Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. He served as a Director of Broadwind Energy, Inc. from March 19, 2009 to February 24, 2015. He served as a Director of TB Woods Corp. since May 2006 and previously served from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Fejes graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering.
