Gregory Kleffner — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at Stein Mart

Mr. Gregory W. Kleffner, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Stein Mart Inc. since August 10, 2009 and its Executive Vice President since February 2010. Mr. Kleffner served as Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary of Stein Mart Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Stein Mart Inc. from August 10, 2009 to February 2010. Prior to joining Stein Mart, he spent six years at Kellwood Company, as the Chief Financial Officer and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Controller of Kellwood Co. from 2002 to June 8, 2007, Corporate Officer since June 6, 2005, Senior Vice President of Finance from June 1, 2006 to June 8, 2007 and as Vice President of Finance from June 2, 2005 to June 01, 2006. Mr. Kleffner served as Partner of Arthur Andersen LLP in St. Louis. While at Kellwood, a major women's apparel marketer, he was instrumental in the strategic restructuring of the $2.5 billion company, including the disposal of certain non-core businesses and the successful integration of several acquisitions. Prior to joining Kellwood Company in 2002, he was Audit and Advisory Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP in St. Louis. His clients included several major retailers during his 25-year career with Arthur Andersen.
