If the pay was better. By the time insurance and 401k is deducted you barely have anything left.

Hugh McColl was once quoted as saying, 'If you take care of your associates, your associates will take care of your customers and your customers will take care of your bottom line.' Speaking to associates with disrespect on an open floor fosters low moral which eventually costs the company profits

Because we get a very low pay for all the time and effort that we put in to make sales, get credit cards and give good customer care. Also its not easy to survive making the minimum wage.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team needs training on how to LEAD a team. Leading a team requires building them up...not tearing them down. This is counter productive and will cost the company money due to high turnover.
