Interview was more about learning about the candidate, rather than testing skills. Anything can be learn and taught but social skills and the right mind set and ethics is what matters.

It was fast but poorly scheduled and managed. The HR department doesn't understand...time zones... and scheduled my interview at a different time then what they told the hiring manager as a result. This is a result of hiring cheaply. Hire employees who can understand time zones....
