Mr. Nesi served as an Executive of Private Equity for Technology, Media and Telecommunications Global Markets & Investment Banking of BofA Merrill Lynch. Mr. Nesi served as a Senior Vice President of Stifel Financial Corp. since July 2009 until June 2014. He served as a Co-Head of Institutional Group - Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated. He served as an Executive Vice President, Co-Director of Capital Markets and Director of Investment Banking at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc., since July 2009 and serves as its Co-Head of Institutional Group. Mr. Nesi has more than 20 years of banking and private equity experience. He served as Co-Head of Capital Markets and Director of Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp. He served as the Head of Investment Banking for Americas Region, Global Markets & Investment Banking at BofA Merrill Lynch from March 30, 2005 to 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President. He was responsible for BofA Merrill Lynch's investment banking origination activities for corporate, financial and sovereign clients in the United States, Canada and Latin America across all industries and products. He was an Investment Professional of BofA Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. He served as Head of the Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group, with responsibility for investment banking activities in the telecom and media sectors. Mr. Nesi joined BofA Merrill Lynch in 1996 as a Director in the telecom group and was promoted in 1998 to Managing Director and also served as Co-Head of the Telecom Group from 2001 to May 2003. He spent seven years as an Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. He serves as a Director at Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC. He served as a Director of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. He served as a Director of Stifel Nicolaus & Company Incorporated. He served as a Director of Stifel Financial Corp. since August 2009 until June 6, 2017. He practiced corporate and securities law for four years with the Shea and Gould law firm. Mr. Nesi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law School.
