Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable and always open to discussion and answering questions.
We have quarterly company updates where we can basically ask any questions we want about where the future of the company is headed or status of projects etc. This level of transparency makes me feel like leadership wants me to be a part of the decision process.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and a working from home is always an option
I get a competitive salary and yearly bonus. I also think the company gives impressive equity to employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company rewards knowledge hoarders. They don't understand how to take care of the employees that aren't liabilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together great, even if it is not their field they are always willing to help each other and input ideas
The whole team gets along so well - team xbox tournaments, happy hours, office parties, fantasy football leagues ...

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team works well together and everyone feels welcomed to contribute. We have fun together during and after work!
The first word I would use to describe the culture is smart - the entire team is made up of extremely talented and smart people. From their jobs to cooking to books (the company has a book club!) to comics and beyond --
