Mr. Michael D. Sloan, also known as Mike, has been Vice President of Stoneridge Inc. since December 1, 2009 and served as its President of the Control Devices Division since July 2009 until October 2017. Mr. Sloan served as a Vice President of Hi-Stat Manufacturing Company, Inc. He served as a General Manager of Stoneridge Hi-Stat and Vice President of Stoneridge Inc., from February 2004 to July 2009. Mr. Sloan joined Stoneridge in February 2004 as General Manager of the Lexington Division of Hi-Stat prior to the consolidation of the Sarasota and Lexington Divisions. Prior to joining Stoneridge, he served as a Vice President of the Vehicle Controls Group at Invensys from 1996 to 2004, with responsibilities in North America, Germany and the Czech Republic. He held positions with Wabash Technologies and General Motors and has Operated in Technical Leadership Positions over 29 years.
