What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Decisions are never made. Lack of clarity and direction. No ownership, and very much play "favorites".
Reorg and get better people who care
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay and salary. Only reason to be there.
Vacation packages are generous in field
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the members of the Executive team deserves a raise in salary.
