Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are no BS...they tell you up front the good and the grind of this job and if you listen to them and take their coaching...you'll move up in the company and make phenomenal money with the quickness.
They've all literally done every role in the company, starting from an entry level sales development rep all the way up to leadership. They can talk the talk and walk the walk. They all care about your growth not only professionally but also personally. They rock!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leads need to be better. We can't continue to cold call and expect different results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health, Dental, Life, Vision...they even pay for part of my peloton membership.
The hard work i put in is rewarded by my compensation. The more work you do the more you get paid.
I like the commission changes based on how much I sell. Needs to true up quarterly in case we have a down month.
It is very very Affordable

What are some of the best things about your team?
we are all growth-minded individuals and there isnt an a$$hole in site at this company.
We are all growth minded and have our own strengths and weaknesses, but working as a team we are a powerhouse.
Helpful attitude, outgoing, challenge you to get better at sales, competitive but not back biting.

The people and all the opportunities they give you to grow your career and personal life.
Being in a growth minded company we are all striving to get better every day both professionally and personally.
People, front line leaders, support people in service and finance, product we sell is second to none.

the mock call...i've never seen that at a company and is so genius.
they challenged you then coached you and were very open about what it takes to succeed here.
Meeting the leadership team and going over my personality profile. Incredibly enlightening!
