What is the best part about your compensation package?
Two weeks a year the company closes - for "summer break" over the 4th, and "winter break" just before New Years. A great time to unplug without returning to an overflowing inbox!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meaningless weekly all hands are a huge loss. Individual team meetings are usually 20 mins of listening to leadership talk about themselves and ten minutes of actually talking about work that needs to get done

What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, my co-workers. It is great to work on a product that empowers creators, but what we do is secondary to who we do it with.
