What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is competitive and there's a performance evaluation

I did expect a higher offer but I understand that the company is preserved in investments. Though I appreciate that there is a massive learning investment that is highly valuable than being compensated by salary.

I hope for these benefits: 1. paid vacation leaves such as birthday leave, maternal leave etc. 2. Medical benefit would be awesome too. 3. Computer/Laptop Benefit 4. Annual Salary Increase
since we are scaling, we were assigned heavy workloads. (not complaining though :) I love and learn from it a lot but seems the rate compared to other offers is a bit low..
