It has been the greatest time I spent at a corporate remote job

Even though most of the team are working remotely I do believe that collaboration and teamwork are always present. Highly appreciate how the company founders always check on their employees and initiate candid communication with them.

I did expect a higher offer but I understand that the company is preserved in investments. Though I appreciate that there is a massive learning investment that is highly valuable than being compensated by salary.

since we are scaling, we were assigned heavy workloads. (not complaining though :) I love and learn from it a lot but seems the rate compared to other offers is a bit low..

The best things about the team are being collaborative and energetic.

My teammates, the PH-US Team, is the bestest! We are all very close and we talk to each other everyday and we are each other's accountability buddy.
