The best things about the team are being collaborative and energetic.
My teammates, the PH-US Team, is the bestest! We are all very close and we talk to each other everyday and we are each other's accountability buddy.
The best thing about the team is how vocal we are with our opinions.
Everyone's polite and resourceful. Everyone knows his/her purpose in the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I notice that this company embraced its birthing pains and all the more it embraced the growing pains.
Everyone takes work and the clients as a priority but we all care for each other as well. Of course the memes make up for it, too!
We welcome new people well and connect with the existing ones properly. We value open/candid communication and people's insights in every conversation.
