Generally a low amount of drama. There was some minor drama, but we are improving in this area and it was kept contained.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is merit-based and managerial authority is distributed rather than hierarchical (e.g., the company has multiple technical group managers and an admin group manager rather than just a CEO then everyone else on down).
