What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular bonus and yearly raises. They have the mentality that when the company is doing well everybody benefits and they back that up.
No complaints with it it's great
Lots of bonuses and pay goes up 10-20% YEARLY

What are some of the best things about your team?
Absolutely no internal competition no workplace games or posturing. Just a group of people working together with no internal politics
Nicest people and always there for each other
