What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is deployed as a flat structure. No real annoying hierarchy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive and appealing.
100% paid Medical, 4% match to my 401K thats vested immediately, unlimited PTO with 1 wellness day they require you to take off every month and they give you $125/month to spend on personal health (gym membership, exercise equipment, massages, etc.).
The package is well put together

You can discuss openly any topic. We collaborate cross teams in a very smooth way.
Management actually cares about your wellbeing and will push you to take the time off that you need to be in the right headspace.
We party often with good food and drinks.
