I like that our leadership team is very transparent and is willing to share information with the entire company and all employees.

My team is very focused in their projects and knowledgeable. We are always willing to lend a helping hand if needed.

Everyone at the company is welcoming and friendly. It is easy to meet new people throughout the organization and make connections.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed of the process was just right.
Each step was laid out very clearly for the process. It was also nice that I got to interview with the team and manager rather than just a recruiter.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wouldn't say there is anything in particular that makes me happy. It's kind of just a job.
I enjoy the work I do. I also enjoy knowing that Streck's products have a real impact on people throughout the world each and every day.
