What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great vision and the execution required to turn that vision into reality.
Our management team brings transparency, experience, and hustle.
They are always striving to improve the company, great at listening and incorporating feedback and truly care about all employees.
They are very experienced and professional.
There's a lot of transparency about what are goals are/ the direction we are going in. Helps to set standards for us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Regular communication across the company and between departments. Clear planning. Accountability... especially for the founders
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid health benefits. Solid pay package. Equity grants should be refreshed yearly.
Salary and benefits are good. Options are likely worthless
Benefits and salary are strong
For a startup, the Healthcare is better than most large companies.
The stock, and the amount Striim contributes to our medical benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Close knit, interested in improving company products and culture
Creative, innovative, driven, yet informal and fun.
Really bright and passionate about making our customers successful.
Everyone brings something unique to the table.
I've never worked with such a great team before and I must say it's quite enjoyable. They're smart, easy to communicate with, I've learned a great deal from them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Open and transparent communication across silos Engineering rules the roost but is also where communication goes to die

People are supportive of one another
Work hard and play hard with efforts well rewarded.
The level of respect everyone has for one another.
Everyone has a sense of purpose. We're building a company that can have a positive impact on the world, even make it a better place.
Everyone cares about each other – feels like a family with most people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new CEO who knows the market space and is deeply engaged with holding the leadership team accountable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Accountability and communication must be improved. There is no where to go but up from the current state.
Replacing the CEO would be a good start
CEO (co-founder) is basically missing in action. Not very involved in running the business. Head of product (co-founder) is way out his depth and experience in his role. Has shipped multiple failed product offerings and not kept pace with customer demands nor technology changes. Replace CEO!
