There's a lot of transparency about what are goals are/ the direction we are going in. Helps to set standards for us.

Everyone brings something unique to the table.

I've never worked with such a great team before and I must say it's quite enjoyable. They're smart, easy to communicate with, I've learned a great deal from them.

Accountability and communication must be improved. There is no where to go but up from the current state.

Replacing the CEO would be a good start

CEO (co-founder) is basically missing in action. Not very involved in running the business. Head of product (co-founder) is way out his depth and experience in his role. Has shipped multiple failed product offerings and not kept pace with customer demands nor technology changes. Replace CEO!
