What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is great but I don't think take in a lot of suggestions or comments to heart. Do they listen yes but I think taking action is quite slow as I believe they are behind or not uptodate a lo0t of things

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's not a whole lot that the company provides for its employees. Yes they have benefits but they're very minimal with little to no participation of the company themselves
