What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to treat employees like people. Don't furlough staff. Just lay us off so we can collect unemployment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company recruited me from another job even tho they knew they were bleeding money. They didn't tell me this and after I finished my first assignment I was let go via furlough. Now I can't collect severance
