What did you like most about the interview process?They seemed to not ask technical questions even for engineering roles. This makes the interview calm
What are some of the best things about your team?Team members are friendly and support each other despite the hurdles set up by management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less work hours and an honest executive team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company recruited me from another job even tho they knew they were bleeding money. They didn't tell me this and after I finished my first assignment I was let go via furlough. Now I can't collect severance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to treat employees like people. Don't furlough staff. Just lay us off so we can collect unemployment.
