Working with my team is defiantly my favorite part of coming to work.

At times, it can feel like we have a lot of meetings, but I have to say, most of them are truly beneficial.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they treat us like real people with feelings. I feel like sometimes with bigger companies they lose this ability, so it is very nice that SQ makes this a priority.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I find most positive about our company's culture and environment is the strong sense of teamwork. Everyone is always ready to pitch in and support one another, which really embodies the collaborative spirit of our workplace.
