the in depth questions based on different positions! felt like I was chosen correctly and meant to be here
I havent been interviewed here in a very long time so I know the processes have changed since then but mine were very relaxed and just getting to know each other
The focus on confirming it was a mutual personality fit first, then skill set and qualifications second
I was able to sit down with the partners and hear their story and vision.
