I'm part time and the best part is commission. It is very high and motivating to work as hard as I can when I am at work

We are all ourselves around each other and have a work hard play hard dynamic. As a new hire, they took me in and all showed me the ropes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so supportive and welcoming. I feel like everyone is themselves and we have a great time in the office while working hard. My leadership is driven and goal oriented
