I would like stake in the company. Not just for me but for everyone. I think the employees deserve it and their mentality towards doing their job would change.
I was not allowed by HR to negotiate my salary despite my exceptional skill fit and previous experience. Health benefits were confusing, especially with how to use the pretax accounts.

Energetic, driven coworkers are marginalized for older, less focused, and overworked senior managers. Grouping younger and older employees more closely together to match the synergy and workplace experience would be helpful.
My coworkers are overworked and poor at communication.
I would say that if the employees had more incentive to a good job there would be a better culture. Right now we receive a piece of paper with our efficiency rate on it every week with our paycheck even though all the rates are completely wrong.
I was given no direction by HR or my engineering manager. Even my corporate mentor, who had 15 years experience, was minimally helpful despite being friendly. Only one younger less experienced employee was helpful navigating what should have been provided by HR and management.
Management has to stop hiring friends.
