It is great to work here
The thing I like best about our management is that they let us do our job without harassing, or micro managing us. I've only heard of one instance of that happening but the union got involved and solved the problem.
They are easy to talk to about issues
Evryone is easy to work with
The managers in the customer service department are really helpful and make everyone feel like a part of the family.
General communication was poor and unguided. I was not onboarded at all and didn't even know I was on a team until several months into my employment.
Listening to complaints that employees have.
Doing their job and makijg sure supervisors actually do their job.
The Dental plan add on it great
Great insurance and its affordable.
It works best for me
I am only part time, but I still qualify for a 401K plan.
I would like stake in the company. Not just for me but for everyone. I think the employees deserve it and their mentality towards doing their job would change.
I was not allowed by HR to negotiate my salary despite my exceptional skill fit and previous experience. Health benefits were confusing, especially with how to use the pretax accounts.
Raises are a joke. In 5 years only 1.50
Diverse group of people from all over
Co-workwrs are nice and sociable
I work with a group of individuals, not a team.
Easy to get along with, fun, and easy going.
We all work together and have each other's backs.
Energetic, driven coworkers are marginalized for older, less focused, and overworked senior managers. Grouping younger and older employees more closely together to match the synergy and workplace experience would be helpful.
My coworkers are overworked and poor at communication.
The comapny offers decent starting pay
Its very peaceful and go at your own pace
I have no complaints, it is always fun being around the people who work here.
I would say that if the employees had more incentive to a good job there would be a better culture. Right now we receive a piece of paper with our efficiency rate on it every week with our paycheck even though all the rates are completely wrong.
I was given no direction by HR or my engineering manager. Even my corporate mentor, who had 15 years experience, was minimally helpful despite being friendly. Only one younger less experienced employee was helpful navigating what should have been provided by HR and management.
Management has to stop hiring friends.
It was very quick and easy
The managers were all very nice
I was given an offer very quickly (24-48 hours) instead of being made to wait.
Do not discriminate against race.
When the environment is inclusive
Being with my co-workers and leaving
working independently not being micromanaged working for a union making enough to live off of
Making a difference in the product and exceeding expectations for my coworkers. However, Sub Zero made this very difficult.
When I speak to happy customers
