What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is great to work here
The thing I like best about our management is that they let us do our job without harassing, or micro managing us. I've only heard of one instance of that happening but the union got involved and solved the problem.
They are easy to talk to about issues

The managers in the customer service department are really helpful and make everyone feel like a part of the family.

The Dental plan add on it great
Great insurance and its affordable.
It works best for me
I am only part time, but I still qualify for a 401K plan.

Diverse group of people from all over
Co-workwrs are nice and sociable
I work with a group of individuals, not a team.
Easy to get along with, fun, and easy going.
We all work together and have each other's backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comapny offers decent starting pay
Its very peaceful and go at your own pace
I have no complaints, it is always fun being around the people who work here.

It was very quick and easy
The managers were all very nice
I was given an offer very quickly (24-48 hours) instead of being made to wait.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the environment is inclusive
Being with my co-workers and leaving
working independently not being micromanaged working for a union making enough to live off of
Making a difference in the product and exceeding expectations for my coworkers. However, Sub Zero made this very difficult.
