What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are experienced, focused on outcomes, transparent and approachable.
Our leadership puts their employees first and empowers us to make an impact within the organization by providing us every opportunity. Michael (CEO) takes time to meet with every new hire during the interview process. I have always felt empowered to speak up and feel heard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is equitable and competitive. HR team is concerned with market rates and adjusts accordingly. Health benefits are almost completely paid for by the company for employee and all dependents!
Flexible PTO and stock options.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are authentic humans that care about each other and the company's mission and they are committed to shared values. Overall, amazing humans that are bought in to an amazing product.
It is truly a team environment. Although it is competitive between employees, the overall goal is to take Submittable to the next level and build the company to something great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparent direction and communication from leadership, recognition of employee contributions, frequent and fun opportunities to spend quality time with co-workers. Plus you can't beat the mission of the org.
Knowing that we have the full support of the executive team to bring our ideas to the table and the flexibility to really have a work life balance.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do and the fact that I am able to see tangibly how my work is contributing to the advancement of the company.
Seeing my coworkers everyday and knowing that we are building something great together. Also it is a very unique opportunity here in Montana.
