The leadership team is caring and humble, a very different vibe than most other executives in the places I have worked.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great benefits and comp structure. When my manager left and I had to step in to some of her responsibilities, I was immediately given a promotion and a raise to reflect the increased work and responsibility I was given which is so rare.
