Need correct training given and need to stop the childishness higher up as they ask questions they know the answers to and if you get it wromh imstead of correcting uou and help you learn they just bollock you

More communication, less negativity, but that feeds down from the management, who don't care about anything or anyone.

Patch work. No team building strategy in place. Not an attractive sector so you work with whoever chose to be there or forced to be there

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vehicles are ok, although a lot of them are not fit for purpose. the work force were not consulted when the vans were bought in.

they need a new general counsel
Not too much say. Negative as it gets. Finance leaves everyday, sales team go work somewhere and top management seemed to be same folks for the last 10-15 years
