The managers are rude and do not communicate or acknowledge any of the staff at the Bridgwater depot. They treat the employees like dirt and the running of the service is chaotic at best. In the yard, the staff all throw all their waste into the refuse, none is recycled. It's a shambles and disgrace

Everything, organisation, communication, understanding of how the job actually works, team management, leadership, professionalism, common courtesy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More communication, less negativity, but that feeds down from the management, who don't care about anything or anyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No idea never had compensation. If you mean the pay then the best thing is receiving it each month.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vehicles are ok, although a lot of them are not fit for purpose. the work force were not consulted when the vans were bought in.
