What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not an innovative or exciting place.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Diversity and inclusive approach. It was basically GE tradition. I don't think SUEZ has any clue how to interview people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Patch work. No team building strategy in place. Not an attractive sector so you work with whoever chose to be there or forced to be there
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not too much say. Negative as it gets. Finance leaves everyday, sales team go work somewhere and top management seemed to be same folks for the last 10-15 years
