They are extremely helpful in teaching me the way things work around our site. They genuinely care about my well-being and how well I do in the future at the company.
IT is, simply put, an afterthought. Purchasing expensive equipment with limited usefulness does not solve severe understaffing.

The drive to work is the most positive about the culture and the environment. Since there is a deadline on every project, people need to get things done in a timely manner; nevertheless, they do them without reluctance and it's pretty inspiring.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less cliques and less entitlement from employees that feel like they have a lifetime job.

The amount of people that interview you. Your hiring isn't based on one persons decision
