They need to realise that as a company grows the most inportant part is the people. People management is key. No matter how long you have been in a company you need to evolve with new ideas but also people, building them up and including then in a communal vision.

Coworkerd were good but just victims of a toxic conpany culture which induses fear so people dont speak up. A company will never evolve into something wondeful like this.
Coworkers and team are good, bullying mentality from top managment is bad.
Everything. Leaders need to oncorporate mangers into the company vision. A place where managers speak badly to the team about other coworkers is no on and not professional. The aim should always be, how can we achieve this goal together. Employees should always feel free to have an opinion.
