US Team is very good, makes the work culture very professional, but India Team Lead plays politics deliberately which is effecting the Performance and peacefulness of the Engineers in the US.

Having a possibility to work on any component/Layer. Visibility. Sharing Knowledge among colleagues. Contributing more to the betterment of the Product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No Official Promotion even though did/doing significant contribution, Indian Team is getting more priority over US Team (in getting promotions and in getting appreciation) . Stock Refreshers and bonus based on Performance.

Team here in US Works with Passion, dedication and with zero percent politics. Transparent and give credits for the work done. Always steps in to help and contribute where ever it is needed.
