Mr. Benjamin F. Stapleton III, is a Partner at Sullivan & Cromwell since 1977. He has been a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group since 1978 and is the senior partner in that group. He has participated in dozens of transactions during that period and represented bidders, targets and financial advisors in both friendly and contested situations. He completed his L.L.B. from the Yale University in 1969 and A.B. from the Harvard University in 1965.
