Mr. Marc R. Trevino serves as a Partner and Co-Managing Partner of Executive Compensation and Benefits Practice Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Trevino regularly advises on a wide variety of transactional matters, succession and related compensation matters, regulatory and compliance issues and regulatory investigations. Mr. Trevino also lectures and writes extensively on compensation and corporate governance matters, including for the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Bank Directors Magazine, The Corporate Counsel, Dow Jones Corporate Governance and The Corporate Governance Advisor. In 2008 and 2007, Mr. Trevino was named as a leading lawyer in The Best Lawyers in America. In 2007 and 2006, he was named as a leading lawyer in New York Super Lawyers. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Practical Law Company, Inc. Mr. Trevino holds J.D. from Yale Law School in 1993 and A.B. from Princeton University in 1990.
