Mr. Michael R. MacSween, also known as Mike, serves as Executive Vice President of Upstream at Suncor Energy Inc. Mr. MacSween served as an Executive Vice-President of Major Projects at Suncor Energy Inc. since January 1, 2012. Mr. MacSween serves as Executive Vice President of Major Products at PC Financial Partnership. He served as Senior Vice President In-Situ at Suncor Energy Inc. until January 01, 2012. Mr. MacSween served as a Vice President of Strategy & Development for Suncor Energy Inc., since July, 2006 and served as its Vice President of In-Situ Operations. Mr. MacSween held a variety of technical and operational management positions at Suncor's oil sands operation in Fort McMurray, Alberta. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. MacSween served as the Vice President - Upgrading overseeing the operations of a 250,000 barrel/day integrated process facility with a value of over $10 billion and producing over 10 percent of Canada's oil supply. He has over 17 years experience in the oil and gas industry including previous positions at Betz Process Chemicals Inc. and Shell Canada Inc. He served as Director at GreatPoint Energy, Inc. Mr. MacSween holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from UNB and an MBA from the Queens University.
