because I never know what is going to happen I choose to be positive but I don't feel like everyone else does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at SunEdison?
I choose to make my environment positive even if it is not. I really can't speak for the company as a whole because thing are negative now

What does the leadership team at SunEdison need to get better at?
They don't communicate with employees who are support staff and we are not treated as well as the "professionals" and they show favoritism
