What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't communicate with employees who are support staff and we are not treated as well as the "professionals" and they show favoritism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the lowest paid person on my team and about the 3rd lowest in the company. I am not even making market in my position HR Coordinator
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like certain managers do not encourage their employees to work with other teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
because I never know what is going to happen I choose to be positive but I don't feel like everyone else does.
